Masalah Laptop ACER ASPIRE 6935G ini, Laptop tak boleh Power-ON, tekan suis power start button banyak kali pun , laptop tak nak hidup.

Masalah ACER ASPIRE 6935G berjaya diselesaikan selepas IC BIOS di program baru dan berada dalam keadaan baik.Heatsink dan Kipas juga telah diservis dan dicuci.

MASALAH

Masalah PC HP DX2700 MICRO TOWER ini boleh Power-On.Tapi blank screen tanpa ada POST (Power-On Self Test) BIOS yang keluar.

Info dari owner, mengatakan, masalah terjadi apabila dia cuba flash upgrade sistem BIOS untuk PC ini kerana katanya, PC ada masalah. Semasa kerja upgrade BIOS dilakukan, pc telah Hang dan dia Power-Off  sumber bekalan kuasa PC ini. Dan selepas kejadian, PC mengalami masalah blankscreen.

SOLUTION

Biasanya untuk masalah BIOS rosak, hanya cara Flash atau program balik  IC BIOS secara manual menggunakan   EEPROM Programmer  yang boleh menyelesaikan masalah blankscreen pada PC ini.

1. Laptop minta password Bios dahulu jika ingin masuk Windows Laptop

SOLUTION

Sebelum ini, aku ada ceritakan beberapa cara untuk membuang atau mereset password Bios dalam beberapa contoh pembaikkan Laptop yang aku pernah baiki.

Biasanya untuk masalah password, ada beberapa cara yang boleh digunakan untuk membuangnya, antaranya dengan cabut bateri cmos Laptop atau menggunakan utiliti seperti Master password generator atau guna Utiliti crack password berbentuk Dos contohnya !BIOS, CmosPwd,KeyDisk . tetapi  selalunya ada risiko iaitu Laptop menjadi "blank".  (biasanya korang boleh jumpa utiliti ini didalam CD Hiren).

Cara lain pula adalah dengan , Flash atau program balik bios di OS Windows atau dari Dos (sama seperti cara korang upgrade version Bios latest), cara ini memerlukan korang download file Bios model Laptop/Netbook dari website pengilang. Cara ini, hanya boleh digunakan untuk laptop yang masih boleh running dan masih boleh untuk boot Windows atau masih hidup dan jika laptop korang mengalami Blankscreen, cara ini tidak dapat digunakan.

Untuk POST kali ini, aku akan huraikan cara membuang password BIOS menggunakan Master Password Generator.Korang boleh meneliti Utiliti ini dari pencipta program ini dogbert 1 

Untuk menggunakan Master Password Generator ini, pastikan Laptop bios mengeluarkan error code checksum.

Ada sesetengah model Laptop apabila dikunci dengan password , checksum ini akan dipaparkan selepas memasukkan kata laluan yang tidak sah untuk kali ketiga, contohnya seperti gambar di bawah ini:

Masukkan code yang telah di genaratekan oleh Master Password Generator pada Laptop yang mempunyai masalah password Bios itu tadi.

Cara lain pula adalah, dengan cara menjumper kaki IC Eeprom  untuk menshortkan IC bios ini supaya password dirosakkan.Tetapi cara ini agak merbahaya kerana biasanya IC Eeprom boleh rosak dan % kejayaan mengunakan cara ini adalah hanya 50%.

Harap post ini dapat membantu dan Selamat mencuba.Tapi disini aku ingin beri Amaran jangan cuba pada Laptop yang tiada mengalami masalah BIOS, dan aku tidak bertangungjawab jika Laptop korang mengalami kerosakan atau masalah selepas membuat TIPS yang aku terangkan ini.

MASALAH

Masalah Laptop ASUS F81Se  ni, ada PASSWORD dekat Bios.Tapi owner, terlupa password tersebut.

Jadi, bila owner, nak mengubah serta set, setting hardware Laptop di Bios, fungsi tersebut, tak dapat dilakukan.

Owner Laptop ASUS F81Se  ni, dah guna beberapa cara, antaranya, buka bateri cmos, guna utiliti reset bios kat Hiren Boot CD.Tapi tak berjaya reset PASSWORD Bios tersebut.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Untuk masalah reset PASSWORD ini, ada beberapa cara yang boleh digunakan, antaranya:

1. Cabut Bateri Cmos/RTC
2. Guna Password Generator
3. Guna BackDoor password
4. Guna Utiliti Bios (Bios! , KillBios , Cmos Pwd , Bios Password Cracker) sebahagian tools ini ada di dalam Hiren Boot CD.
5. Guna Eeprom Bios Programer untuk flash firmware bios baru.

SOLUTION

Oleh kerana cara 1-4 yang aku listkan diatas telah dicuba serta digunakan oleh owner.dan cara tersebut tidak berjaya untuk buang PASSWORD pada Bios Laptop ASUS F81Se  ini, maka pilihan terakhir adalah cara ke 4, iaitu Flash Bios baru guna Eeprom Bios Programer.

Laptop ASUS F81Se  ni juga, ada masalah Time/Tarikh tidak betul, dan apabila di check pada bateri Cmos, bacaan bateri adalah bagus, iaitu 3V.

Apabila, aku check pada bahagian soket bateri Cmos, didapati, soket tidak mempunyai joint yang bagus pada motherboard.Masalah ini, berjaya dibaiki selepas solderan baru dilakukan pada soket CMOS di motherboard Laptop.

Untuk mereset password melalui Command Prompt, caranya adalah sebagai berikut.

1. Masuk ke Windows.
2. Start > All Programs > Accesories > Command Prompt.
3. Ketik perintah berikut ini.

4. Restart komputer.

Setelah itulihatlah setting CMOS dan passwordnya akan tereset.

MASALAH

Masalah netbook ASUS EeePC 1015b ini boleh Power-On.Tapi Hang masa BIOS POST (Power-On Self Test) .

Logo Asus Eee PC tu akan Hang dan netbook ini tak Boot Loading Windows langsung, walaupun dibiarkan Power-On dalam 10minit.Sistem BIOS menu pun tak dapat masuk walaupun key F2 telah di tekan.

SOLUTION

Biasanya untuk masalah BIOS hang ni, hanya cara Flash atau program balik  IC BIOS secara manual menggunakan   EEPROM Programmer  yang boleh menyelesaikan masalah BIOS Hang jika cara mencabut bateri Cmos dan cara reset pin jumper reset RTC motherboard tidak berjaya dilakukan.

Masalah netbook ASUS EeePC 1015b berjaya diselesaikan selepas IC BIOS di program baru dan berada dalam keadaan baik.Heatsink dan Kipas juga telah diservis dan dicuci.

Banyak kes Bios corrupt selalu terjadi kerana disebabkan oleh downgrade atau upgrade BIOS yang mengalami kegagalan sehingga terjadi kerosakkan pada BIOS laptop.

Dan akibat dari bios corrupt, simtom adalah Laptop boleh Power-On tetapi tidak keluar video (black/blank screen) dengan led power dan wifi tetap menyala, dan ada juga simptom led caps lock dan numlock blinking atau Laptop tak boleh Power-On lansung tapi power led indikator menyala serta bateri charging .

Korang jangan panik dulu, untuk post kali ini, aku nak bagi tips cara recovery bios untuk Laptop HP dan Compaq.

Contoh Cara Recovery BIOS ke HP Pavilion DV4, Compaq CQ40 dan C700 :

1. Download BIOS yang terkini di website HP-Compaq. Pastikan BIOS adalah untuk Laptop yang sama model, contohnya untuk laptop CQ40-717TU, korang mesti download BIOS CQ40-717TU.  Dan perlu difahami CQ40-717TU tidak sama dengan CQ40-717TX. Ini kerana kadang-kadang sesetengah model laptop, motherboardnya ada guna Intel dan ada yang guna AMD.

Sila download file yang bertajuk "WinFlash for HP Notebook System BIOS - Microsoft Windows-Based"

1. Cari Pendrive kosong, kapasiti pendrive boleh juga sebesar  128mb- 2Gb dan jenama tidak  kira samada Kingston, Sandisk atau brand lain. Ingat kosongkan dulu pendrive korang kerana pendrive ini biasanya perlu diformat terlebih dahulu untuk mengelakkan file virus atau file lain yang boleh mengangu kerja recovery.
2. Extract file BIOS yang telah didownload, file ini adalah file .exe dengan menggunakan software WinRar atau 7ZIP.
3. Cari file .FD contohnya 30F7F04.FD, file ini perlu diubah, contohnya untuk 4 huruf pertama iaitu 30F7 kemudian tambahkan . BIN sehingga menjadi 30F7.BIN
4. Jadikan file 30F7F04.FD menjadi 30F7.BIN, kemudian save file 30F7.BIN itu di Pendrive.

*Jika korang nak pastikan nama file Bios platform Laptop korang perlu dinamakan apa dengan lebih tepat, korang buka file Bios platform yang telah diextrack, dan cari.Nanti korang akan dapat lihat"3610F32.fd".

Korang kena rename dulu file ini ke .bin dan .rom sebelum memasukkannya ke dalam formatted usb flash drive (FAT16 or FAT32) yang telah mempunyai file crisis disk.

Tips Recovery ini boleh digunakan untuk model HP CQ40, C700, DV4t, DV5, DV6 & HDX18T

1. Compaq C700 biasanya menggunakan file name IBL80HW.FD
2. Compaq CQ-401AX dan model CQ yang lain biasanya  menggunakan file name JBL20HW.BIN atau JBL20.BIN atau 30FB.BIN 
3. HP DV5 lihat sini
4. HP DV6-1030us dan model CQ yang lain biasanya  menggunakan file name samada 3627.BIN atau 3627.FD 
5. HP DX18T lihat sini.

Pasang adapter CHARGER serta BATERI pada laptop. Ingat bateri perlu ada untuk mengelakkan masalah putus bekalan kuasa pada laptop.

1. Masukkan pendrive yang telah ada file xxxx.BIN
2. Tekan dan tahan key Windows dan key B di keyboard Laptop.
3. Pasang Charger, key Windows + B jangan di lepas dulu.
4. Power-On laptop dengan menekan suis power Laptop
5. Tekan key windows dan B sehingga terdengar bunyi “ beep ”, kemudian lepaskan kedua key itu. Laptop secara automatik mengakses BIOS file di Pendrive, korang boleh perasan dengan led Pendrive yang berkelip-kelip.
6. Bunyi beep akan terdengar berulang setiap 2 saat, biarkan sahaja, laptop akan Power-Off sendiri secara automatik setelah siap restore / recovery BIOS.
7. Sekarang, korang boleh cuba Power-On laptop seperti biasanya dengan menekan suis power button.
8. Jika korang masih tak berjaya, sila cuba lagi dan cuba dengan Pendrive yang lain, ingat pendrive mesti kosong untuk memudahkan sistem recovery laptop mencari file BIOS yang akan di restore /recovery.

Salam, sebelum ini aku pernah ceritakan dan huraikan masalah tentang BIOS Password cara bagaimana nak reset BIOS Password ini dengan cara Jumper point RTC CMOS klik disini .


Seperti yang telah aku ceritakan pada Post yang terdahulu sebelum ini, Sebelum ini, BIOS Password untuk Laptop Acer yang model terdahulu dapat dibuang dengan hanya mencabut sementara bateri CMOS Laptop untuk seketika (cara ini amat berjaya untuk buang Password BIOS pada motherboard PC).

Tapi untuk motherboard Laptop Acer yang  terkini, tips mencabut sementara bateri CMOS Laptop untuk seketika tidak dapat untuk reset BIOS Password yang telah disimpan dalam I.C bios motherboard laptop.

Ini kerana IC BIOS yang digunakan oleh Laptop Acer terkini menggunaka jenis I.C EEPROM yang dapat menyimpan memori walaupun tiada bekalan  voltan dari bateri CMOS.

Tapi ada tips yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebuat, kerana motherboard Acer terdapat point jumper clear CMOS yang boleh digunakan untuk reset BIOS Password. 

Cara Untuk Clearkan/Reset Bios Password Laptop Acer

1. Power-Off Laptop, buka HDD, AC dan Bateri dari Laptop
2. Buka bateri RTC dan cari lokasi jumper J1 dan J2 atau CLRP2 atau HW Gap
3. Guna tweezer atau wayar untuk jumperkan kedua JI dan J2
4. Power-On Laptop dengan kedua J1/J2 berkeadaan short.Tekan Power button sehingga BIOS POST selesai, buka jumper J1/J2.
5. .Restart system Laptop.Tekan key F2 dan enter BIOS menu
6. .Jika sudah tiada Password yang diminta semasa masuk BIOS menu setup, Password telah berjaya direset.Jika tidak cara lain adalah seperti yang aku ceritakan sebelum ini.

Cara ini biasanya 50%-90% untuk berjaya, dan boleh digunakan untuk model Laptop, brand yang lain, jika korang jumpa point jumper CMOS yang aku huraikan.
